Payment Policy

At least 30% of the total reservation amount need to be deposited in one of the provided bank accounts,or be charged to your credit card at the time of booking.

In case of bank deposits,they have to be made within a three (3) working days from the reservation date,you can contact frontdesk@theangeliki.in in case you need more time or you need to provide proof of payment.

Cancellation Policy

From the time of Reservation until 30 days Before Check-in, there are no cancellation fees.

If the guest cancels within 30 days, the deposit (30%) will not be refunded,in case of full payment 70% of the reservation will be refunded(minus additional costs)

Non-refundable prices are excluded from the above.

Children Policy

Kids under 2 stay free and don’t add up to the apartment-room limit. Kids up to 12 years old pay half the extra adult price and they count towards the apartment-room limit.

Pet Policy

For any reservation that include pet(s),the hotel must be informed prior and the reservation must be approved.
In any other case the hotel has the right to invalidate the agreement and withhold the advance payment.
Pets are charged 30€ / night.
Small pets only – under 10kgs.
Pet must be fully trained and appropriately restrained by guest.
Pet must comply with local legislation requirements.
Pet must be kept on a leash when in the hotel or on hotel property unless it is in the guest’s room.
Pets must not be left unattended.
Pets are not allowed in any food and beverage outlets, and pool areas of the hotel. This exclusion does not apply to guide dogs.
Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pet on hotel property and in the neighborhood.
Any disturbances such as barking must be curtailed to ensure other guests are not inconvenienced.
Guests must contact the housekeeping department to arrange for a convenient time for servicing their room.
Guests are responsible for all property damages and/or personal injuries resulting from their pet.
Guests agree to indemnify and hold harmless the hotel, its owners and its operator from all liability and damage suffered as a result of the guest’s pet.
The hotel reserves the right to charge guest’s account commensurate to the cost of such damages.
